The assholes in charge of the shithole city are hiring Rough Riders to the Rescue, which looks like a bunch of social workers, and will be taking the money from the police budget, either directly, or by diverting grant funds that would have gone to the police. According to the article, " The Ruff Ryders to the Rescue Foundation, established in 2000, was created “to assist community-based organizations by providing necessary resources to adequately address the educational, health and social needs of ethnically diverse, urban communities,” ".
