What are you on about? What does any particular broadcast on TV have to do with the county election offices, the s.o.s., and final vote certification? News networks don't have any influence or control over the vote tallies.
What is my favorite "news channel"? Do tell, I'd like to find out.

I'm curious from those that think the fraud is BS. What is the explanation for this to happen? Maybe I am wrong and there is a reasonable, logical explanation. I'm serious. I would like your explanation.
Reporting error by the station.
The precinct reporting percents are also different in the pictures. The one with less votes is lower reporting % as well. A likely cause is an erroneous running footer. Lots of other possibilities too. Could be a math error ar the station while compiling the data. News agencies typically contact each County and get the vote tallies and add them up on their own, mistakes in this can happen. The items get manually typed into the systems to run the on screen graphics, and since they basically run near real time, any mistakes get broadcast near real time too. Imagine if you didn't have the option to spell check an email before sending it, there would be a lot more errors out there.
Also, last time I checked CNN doesn't tally the actual votes. All they do is broadcast their take on it the numbers they get from the counties. The "Dewey Defeats Truman" news run didn't change the actual outcome because news reporting and actual vote tallying are separate.
