Nexamp community solar - Join the flock how appropriate

I get this in the mail today and I just had to chuckle to myself. A sheep on the front saying join the flock and think how appropriate for dumb liberals.

So let’s calculate this out. I save 10% on my electric, but the delivery or service fee stays the same so I likely save nothing. 10% to not support this is fine by me.

Not defending these hacks as I’m not a huge fan of large scale solar but the sheep is likely there because some solar farms use sheep to keep the grass mowed around the solar panels.

Yep, an off grid setup with a grid connection to save wear and tear on the batteries, and let you keep the power on if you need to do maintainence.

the other issue is many municipality's will NOT allow battery back up, that something you're going to have to do afterward

Goats will climb on the panels and cause damage. Goats are also browsers meaning they prefer to eat up high before off the ground so they are more likely to mess with wiring, etc. Sheep are grazers and don’t climb like goats.

I’m guessing hazard if you house burns down, but that’s just a guess.

But if loosing $2M keeps them busy for 2hrs maybe it prevents them for doing something else far worse during that time so it is not such bad deal?
You see government thugs today are on a mission to waste money so if we find projects that can take the longest possible with the lowest possible loss that is as good as we can hope for.
