Might be some good news for our members up in the northwest corner of NYS. Defensor on Grand Island appears to be taking over the closed Niagara Gun Range on Niagara Falls Blvd. Let's hope they can make it work.

There's a pickup parked outside every morning before 6:00 a.m. Not sure if he gets there early or the truck stays all night?

I remotely know the guy that owns it and runs it and all I hear is he’s a great guy. I’ve met him and taken a class with him and I agree. He had a shop on grand island for years so he should be successful in this venture.

I used to make the hike out there from Rochester on a regular basis. A couple friends and I would go shoot for a couple hours and then go hit Duff's for wings.
The other half now has her permit and wants to learn how to shoot. The stepdaughter's boyfriend (we like this one) wants to learn how to shoot. It would be nice to have a place to take them.
