And they will sit on it longer now that the 9th and ruled. The 2nd's ruling will conflict with the 9th and that sets up the fast track to SCOTUS. Not it their best interest. So it will be permanently delayed.

I’d like to read their bullshit arguments as to how their ruling gets past Bruen.… I am guessing that the 2nd Circuit will then use that same logic to rule against all of the NY suits. You know,- public interests superseding everything else, and on and on. That is, of course, when they finally rule in another year or two after SCOTUS flips.
