Wait, did i read that right? The 9th circus gave the people a win? Well if they did, don`t worry, they`ll dream up some other bullshit that they`ll have to spend a gazillion dollars on fighting it.

Now the twist to this would be the application of the Ruling against the proposed "Ten Day Waiting Period for Firearms Purchases" (remember kids, they re-wrote the Laws to include ALL guns as Firearms) ironically the First iteration of the Bill called for a "Three Day Wait" (of course those are Government Business Days)
I figured they changed it to ten days so they could reduce the number as a bargaining chip, calling it a win and then bumping it up after the next engineered crisis committed with a Gun.
