Yup. How are they going to police reloads? When it comes to soft body armor, speed is what kills. There are 9mm rounds out there that push the 2000fps envelope and will zip right through IIa soft body armor. How are you going to make sure they aren't sold into NJ?

The reality is that just like most other laws, it's not a deterrent. It's one more thing to pile onto the rap sheet once they arrest the criminal. And it doesn't make any difference anyway, because those liberal shitholes just throw the criminals back on the streets without any real punishment anyway.

That’s a good point, you almost never do see even a quick mention of whether the gun was legally possessed or not. You’d think that’d make a big difference when arguing for gun control, but in reality actually weakens their case on inspection. Pretty deceitful
