That’s because the know they can drag it through the courts for years. I am really starting to wonder why Thomas didn’t issue a broader ruling. He must’ve anticipated all this.

I’m talking outside of that. Say this makes It through the Supreme Court and is ruled in our favor what happens if she ignores that ruling just like the last one? No one’s stopped her yet so what will be different? She knows and everyone else knows what she did is unconditional but what the consequences?
