Well as long as you have call of duty on various video game systems you will continue to have young people interested in games. That’s how it worked for me. I grew up in a household where guns were not a thing. Played a ton of call of duty and eventually started getting interested in guns, especially the ones I would use in the games. Eventually that turned into a desire to own said weapons. Now there is quite a few guns I own simply because I wanted a real life version of what I would use all the time when playing call of duty online. Scorpion Evo, 1911, ruger GP100, AR15, and Glock 19X just to name a few.

Now for purposes of clarification what age are we talking when it comes to defining children? 16? You know they want to let 16 year olds vote and 16 year olds can drive a 4000 pound weapon on public streets. 18? Cause you can join the military at age 18 without anyone having to give you permission And buy tobacco in the free states. 21? Because you can buy alcohol at this age and smokes in most communist states. 25? Because that is when your car insurance gives you a break, supposedly your brain is fully developed by then. 26? Because that is when Obama Care said you could stay on your parents insurance.

Depends on the judge...race...crime.....and who screams most...In NY...14 is the age to hunt. I consider a sibling at the age of 14 : a child...For argument sake...so does the IRS/Government as that 14 year old is tax deductable and too young to work full time legally

The year I turned 16, they started allowing 14 year olds to hunt deer. Story of my life. The year my employer started giving new hires 3 weeks of vacation instead of 2 was the year I achieved enough seniority to get 3 weeks under the old plan.

Ok cool. Now make it where you have to be 21 to own a gun and that coming IMO. Now double or triple the cost of a gun and ammo. Make them harder to get and much more costly and this won’t happen for others as it did for you.

It will still happen, just depends on how determined you and your resources. Look at countries where gun ownership is far more restricted. People there collect deactivated and blank firing versions of the real thing. Even in the most restricted countries on earth people still find a way to get the guns they want.
