I am flabberghasted that the Eljer people, believe that we shoot animals for prizes.
We shoot trap, Skeet, IDPA, SASS for prizes.............

They banned targets, featuring Osama bin Laden, and identifiable, democrat politicians long ago..we just use the human outline now..........at one time , those human size beer ads found in stores were great.......

So, just noticed, this only bans contests for cash and prizes.

Says nothing about a contest without a material prize, like bragging rights.

There's nothing preventing your group from forming an informal tradition like "winner doesn't have to buy drinks for a year" or something like that too.

Honestly though, I don't think the majority or these are really done over prize money anyway. The bragging rights are it, any prizes are just a nice additional touch.

Remember you can not release a wild animal per DEC ...

So you need to claim it as a pet ... then you can release it ..
