Hi All,
I've been poking around this forum for a month or so. I get my Oneida County pistol permit next week & will be picking up my 380 & start learning & practicing. I plan on taking a "101" class and then some.
Since I got my approval letter I told my wife since we'll have handguns in the house I want her to at least take the basic safety course & I'd like her to get her permit too so my guns won't have to be confiscated etc. if something happens to me. After talking with a friend who's an enthusiast about how cool competitive target shooting is I think I have her convinced to move forward and explore target shooting.
I live in Lee Center & plan on joining the Lee Center Rod & Gun Club, and maybe others too.
