This new Non profit allows for outside of home storage for mental health needs or other reasons. I think a good idea and the best way yet to help "the Problem" and WE 2nd Amenders thought of it...see we can "police" ourselves or shall I say Find solutions or ways to help!!

closest one is in MA, by southhampton. not a bad drive, but i'm sure us NYers cant legally store our stuff out of state. also brings up the question if your AR is legal here, but not legal in the storage state, can you still do it?

Why would it not be legal store your property out of state? You can do it with anything else can’t you? Car, furniture, campers, snowmobiles.

You can even take your NY neutered AR out of state, slap on a normal stock and go hunting.

As long as you put it back before returning to NY you're perfectly legal.

You can also pack up your AR and ship it to yourself at your brother's house out of state too.

As long as he doesn't open it without you, you're fine.

How close are your friends? How close are your relatives? It saved my brother's ass when he was getting divorced. Crazy ex accused him of pointing guns at her. His safe was empty when the sheriffs looked. Pissed on her parade of lies big time. Good excuse for someone else to purchase a second gun cabinet.
