I'm not sure how these things work, can the idiot in the White house give he a pardon if she hasn't been indicted or convicted yet? I'd hate to see her and her foundation skate off fee and clear.

I believe the answer is (unfortunately) yes. Technically Nixon was never convicted of any crime but Ford pardoned him.
Much has been written about the bad blood between the obama and clinton camps. I can only hope he doesn't pardon hillary out of spite.

Here is the catch there is so much dirt with Clinton he would have to pardon her on all of it. Evan the crap we may not know about yet. I don't believe he can just give her a blanket pardon and of course there is her long line of protectors who need to see their day of reckoning
