I think that's great news in spite of my frustration with the NRA. People like us who are above average when it comes to being informed on gun rights, are going to hold them to a much higher standard, typically. The average gun owner does not do the homework to realize how the NRA leaves a lot of us hanging and how they traded our rights away in the past.
So, when the average gun owner supports the NRA that is a good thing because it's at least getting them active and helping to some extent and that is better and having them against us.
Now, if only we could get the NRA to act more like the GOA.
