NRA Challenges California On Ammo Regulations

The problem is that New York's and Connecticut's ammo sale regulations have been allowed to stand. California's regulations are merely an incremental step forward for the state of gun-grabbers.

And the California AG wiped his ass with the letter. They don't care about the limbo. I'm sure they'd be happy if no one could ever sell ammo again in their state. For now that's been accomplished. I'm glad the NRA did something however little it was. If this goes through in California it will come here or one step worse.

The NRA isn't doing anything. They didn't challenge it before when it was signed. Now all they are doing is talking about the deadline.

They didn't ignore you, stupid! The whole point of this law isn't to reduce the number of guns owned by criminals, but to find a way to ban firearms ALTOGETHER!!!!!! To deliberately make it as hard as possible to exercise your Right to bear arms. To create the equivalent of a "poll tax" that they can incrementally increase until society falls in line with their un-American agenda.
Or, if society collectively tells them to fuck off, to arrest and incarcerate them. The ones they call "deplorable".

At this point, the NRA is only disputing the difficulties ammunition vendors are experiencing complying with the law because of California's poor rollout of new ammunition sales licenses. Pathetic!

Well unlike California I can still get ammo to my house. Tons of companies are still sending ammo straight to your door including targetsportsusa.com, Brownell to a certain extent and a few others iirc

Do something, to say you did something, even though you know you're not doing a damned thing (NRA)...
Horse is out of the barn, and even though it's bullshit, because the courts (Federal) have ruled requiring ID for "voting" is an unacceptable encumbrance to a voters Rights, they'd (State Courts) let requiring ID for the purchase of ammunition, a defacto restriction upon exercising your 2A Rights...
But it hasn't been challenged yet to the highest court (SCOTUS) so maybe, just maybe that's their (NRA) play? But like said here..., it'll just create those nice Sunday drives and picnics in other states and return with truckloads of ammo! Fuck em'... Give your sale tax to a State that cares about 2A Rights of its citizens and doesn't shit all over them. I won't mind taking trips at all.

where were they on the safe act with the ammo part .. not a word .. they had there chance there too ...... why i reload shhhhhhhhhh ...
If the NRA had any smarts they would be blasting out ... shall not infringe ,.. background checks on bad guys that get a gun or ammo on the corner .. how you going to fix that ?? .. because that bad guy broke in to someone home or gun shop and stole it to make some $$$..

IIRC it just got struck down because they weren't able to establish a database so they'd "wait until they had the technology available"
