I know many here don’t like the NRA and I get it. Remember this is the lefts goal and the face of the gun owners in America to them. They will see this as a huge victory and embolden them. This is bad IMO

I read something in another forum from a lawyer in which he said they were only doing this to get out from under all the lawsuits the crackpot NY AG is filing. This will allow them to regroup, un-incorporate (if that's a thing) from N.Y. and re-incorporate in Texas. Companies file for bankruptcy all the time. I think Sears has filed chapter 11 three or four times and they're still operating.

Part might be strategy butbalso bad management and the typical easy way out for those useless executives.

Two thoughts...

1- It will be interesting to see which of their vendors and creditors they screw over while they're moving their charter.
2- It would be funny if they were ordered to boot Wayne (and his golden parachute) as part of the reorganization.
