NRA Rifle Training Course

I have 2 options. March 17th in Haverstraw NY or April 7th in Peekskill.

You should look into a Appleseed Shooter! My Club will be hosting one the 3rd weekend in April. It's not posted yet on the Appleseed Project web site.

No they are not! Sorry your OP be not make that clear?

The NRA Training Counselor at my Club is looking to schedule some instructor classes this year, but no dates have been set. I can post that up when I have more info!

I'm thinking about it. Rifle and Shotgun are the two instructor ratings that I'm missing.

The March 17 class is with Matt Culhane. I've taken a couple of instructor classes with him, and I've thoroughly enjoyed them. Compared to some of the other instructor courses I've taken with other TCs, Matt's courses are as close to "by the book" as I've had. I highly recommend him.
