The verbiage does not make any sense. How is something locked up when you can cut the container up with a "readily available tool". Seems to me it it pointless.

What the hell is "readily available tools" ? I've got a cordless angle grinder that will get me into a anything short of an armored car in minutes.

And what's with the "separate storge areas" they always throw in these. Are they afraid ammunition is just going to fall into the chamber and set itself off ? Do they think that if some criminals break in to steal the guns they will be stymied by the fact that the ammo is locked up separately ?

I think that is their point. Ie seeing what's happening with NYC and their travel ban, probably trying to make it so no one can travel
