Hmmm. I don't see any teeth in this bill. Meaning, I don't see any penalties listed for non-compliance.

I suspect they cannot actually directly mandate receipt of the vaccine. What they can do is deny services - for example, in-person school attendance - if a person has not received the vaccine. Curious to see how far this goes.
