That's bullshit. There are thousands of guns on the street stolen from gun shops, warehouses and train yards. Even if that were true - so what? I don't see people suing Ford when someone hits them with a stolen F150. I don't see anyone going after the knife makers when people are stabbed.

Seems like he’s a dumbfuck because selling a gun legally is not an illegal action therefore not breaking any state law. This is already covered.

Myrie believes his bill will provide a workaround as there is an exception to the federal law if a gun maker or dealer knowingly violates a state law.

Funny, I remember a law that created a registered list of firearms owners to make it easier for people who want to rob a gun to find the correct home.

My vote is the lawmakers who put it in place should be tried in court, and held directly responsible for the thefts and crimes that came of that those thefts. It isn't hard to put two and two together when you look at actual data that such a law was meant to hurt legal firearms owners and serves no purpose otherwise. They put feels before lives.

That's the real "nuisance" here.

I agree. If they're considering allowing police to be sue individually for violating your rights then the politicians should be liable for damages for the laws they pass. The no bail law is a good example. If a scumbag gets a get out of jail free card and assaults someone else then that person should be able to sue the politicians that created the law.
