Yeah me too, But I am not confident there will be much opposition. After all we ended up getting Cuomo's NY UNSAFE Act
shoved down our throats in the middle of the night with the help of the NY Republicans.

Also if IIRC there was a time that the NY Republicans had a good bargaining chip to possibly repeal parts of the NY UNSAFE Act. That bargaining chip was the issue of NYC rent control... And they totally blew it.

Maybe someone here knows more about that and can refresh my memory of what went down with that.

We are represented here in Genesee County by NYS Senator Michael Ranzenhofer (R) and NYS Assemblyman Steve Hawley (R)
I have zero complaints with either one of them. Both are pro 2A... But from what I understand they don't have much power
to do anything in Albany. Do to the numbers of the down state and NYC politicians.

Maybe someone can expand on this issue.

Hopefully this will motivate those in Albany to finally take this gun issue serious. Sure, the SAFE Act was a good start, but we need to lessen the amount of guns and ammo in this State. I would like to know that I will be safe when I leave my home.
