NY Legal Arms in Barton.

Has anyone here dealt with this company before? I’d like a featureless AK so that I can maintain detachable mags, and they seem to offer an effective solution with their NYLAK stocks. If anyone here has done business there and can offer an opinion on how the stocks hold up/how ergonomic they are it would be very much appreciated.

I have bought two rifles from them years ago. Good people to deal with. They were saigas so I didn’t have to mess with anything to make them legal. I can’t comment in their stocks.

I ordered their AK stock over he phone And the dude was super awesome

Its actually more comfortable than it looks.

Is it as good as stock and pistol grip, nope not at all.

Is it better than the thordsen, I think so.

Is it horrible nope for what we have to deal with it's a good option

Thanks for the good info! It’s certainly a lot less expensive than the Thordsen stock, and something about the grip angle just seems as though it would be more comfortable/natural IMO. How is it in terms of doing a mag change?

It's not bad at all I havent had much time behind this gun I was going to use it as a deer gun last season, but I need to take it down to those guys to finish/clean up the conversion and give the saiga a good once over for me, but I ended up starting a .458socom/.450bushmaster (havent chosen yet probably the BM) pistol instead for now

I will say I did add the trunion cap or whatever it's called with the QD sling attachment and it was $20
