Certainly believe in liberty, however, knowingly selling firearms to known criminals isnt really a "liberty" issue. Although, its muddy water because it all depends on what crimes these people committed, what crimes were they intending to commit, and ahould those "crimes" still be crimes???

I think he should be able to sell them to any American that's not incarcerated or committed to a mental institution. The 2A doesn't say that it doesn't apply to criminals who have paid their debt. If I didn't think so just because he's a corrupt cop, I'll be a hypocrite.

But speaking of hypocrites, this same guy would probably arrest you if you got pulled over on the Sprain Parkway and he somehow found full featured AR's in the bed of your truck. As much as I wouldn't like him for being that type of person, I'd support him if he and the felons he sold to decided to sue for 2A violations.

Like I said, I'd be more selective personally. However selling a gun, or hammer, or screwdriver to another human shouldn't be a crime imo.

Isn't it something , anyone else on the forum would be marked as a serial killier active shooter terrorist. Hard to sell the idea only police should be armed when they do shit like this.

Agreed, it shouldnt.... but if you know the person your selling it to will use it to commit violent crimes then there is a moral obligation not to, and perhaps some culpability if they use it to hurt someone..

But again, its muddy water.
