According to Twatter this is only a trial court ruling. The defendant walks, the state can not try him again. The state lost this one but I'm sure their law still stands for the rest of us.

If this sticks this is huge. Many people have been disarmed by this and hochul and her henchmen have been ramping it up and using it more and more. This being tossed out allows us a lot of latitude and freedom of speech back. This was ripe to be abused and likely has been. Now if we can get rid of all guns gone for any domestic call.
