Not So fast Perry mason"Good luck in court with that. Thats not the way i was taught. Locked boxes were off limits .for something like this."
FLASH: YOU WUZ TAUGHT WRONG BY BARNEY FIFE !
LMAO, Do you really think AFTER he was hauled into court with the illegal magazines, the judge would find no probable cause ?
Officer says he was intoxicated, acted aggressive and had a locked box in his car large enough to conceal a weapon. I was concerned for my safety and that of my partner.
Did you ever do road patrol ?
I've got an interesting list for you too:I'll explain this v-e-r-y slowly for the legally encumbered.
1. He refused the test. That is admissible as evidence against him.
2. None of you experts know if he was impaired or not. Dropping a charge is not a declaration of innocence.
3. A security guard in a bar could have a drink.
4. Confronting the police late at night with no witnesses is DUMB !
5. Yeah, signing a petition is a great idea, goes well with a fuck Cuomo bumper sticker and calling for civil unrest on a monitored site.

I don't need to thank anybody. You can thank your lucky stars that "former LEO" is not serving and protecting you.
A pickup flying the ISIS flag with 7 wooden crates in the bed with cyrillic writing on them.
No problem, let em' go.
Shouldn't have any bearing on the outcome of a criminal proceeding, unless you live in a police state....1. don't piss off cops.
He was acquitted on this charge, so legally he didnt.2. don't drink and drive.
Yea, bend over and take it. I can understand someone who personally doesn't want to run this risk, but to criticize someone else for having the balls is disgusting.3. don't have SPECIFICALLY banned magazines
You're not paranoid if they really are out to get you, and this guy sure has a strong case that they are.I'm leaning towards the first scenario of being paranoid due to abuses. There is a member on here who said in another thread that he drives through that town at 2 or 3am going home from work during bar closing hours and has been pulled over repeatedly.
If I'm not mistaken, @Airborneguy said in another thread too that you need a warrant to open a locked box.
