Since When were EMT’s Ever your friend? Very often They are the eyes and ears of law enforcement, being the first to respond in an emergency situation.
Several years ago here in the Carolinas, I fell in my driveway, was injured to the point I could not get up (smashed face, bruised ribs, and leg ripped open to the shin bone). EMT's came, cops came, ambulance called. I was carrying at the time. EMT's noticed my EDC, and asked the cops to take and hold it since they wanted to put me in the ambulance and take me to the ER. I refused the ambulance ride as I had no insurance, and just got them to help me inside after the EMT's treated me on scene. Leg took the longest to heal treating it on my own.
As soon as they got me upright, the cops handed my EDC back to me, and wished me well. Firearm owners are treated very differently here than how we are back in New Yorkistan.

I’m watching Texas DEC show and it’s amazing how they handle seeing everyone with a gun. People shooting in their backyards towards house and bullets flying over a neighbors head and all they get is a talking to or a simple citation. In NYS Wed be felons and everything gone. It’s amazing the difference.

Mr. Schweizer's best hope is to mount a 2A defense that a license is not required for possession of firearms within the home as that is inconsistent with the nation's tradition and history of firearms regulations.

EMT's came to my home for my late daughters care...she was airlifted out.........No guns apparent.

As a former long time commercial EMT, such things are noticed, if just lying there..........EMT's WILL tell the cops, if a safety situation is seen...............do not bet on any First Responder,...FD, VFD, or Ambulance, not CONVEYING such an observation...............they are not robots.
