I sat through Maya Wiley's press conference this afternoon. She did refer to "gun violence" as a public health issue, but did not call for more gun control laws.

Assemblywoman Jo Anne Simon was there. She brought up bills she's introduced calling for a "gun violence prevention program" in schools and for funding "research" into the issue. Both ideas are crap.

Well, if it's a public health issue, the obvious answer is to make people wear masks and close gyms and restaurants.

Gun violence should plummet, or don't you "believe in science" ?

It's amazing how the left has turned science into a religion, complete with unprovable dogma and even blasphemy.

I thought it was illegal to possess a firearm on school property. Isn't that fixed now?
