"A little piece of history. In 2018, RIGHT after my old store building at 186 1st ave sold to HubbNYC for 14 million dollars, the building went on fire. This was on the door the next day, in 2018. We stayed there and walked past this sign like it wasn't there until February 2020 when we left. I don't think I even noticed it was there for the first six months."
