NYC "Special Carry" Permit

I'm sure that someone can point me in the right direction. If I wish to carry in NYC to and from specific events at church services (neither a business or a residence), is a "Special Carry Permit" the way to go? Of course it would probably be restricted to days of the week whenever the events are being held. It is located in a relatively high-crime area. I wish to provide additional security to the congregation whenever religious services are in progress. I have the permission of the clergy to do so and they know that have a CCW from the State of New York.

The have been tourist galore that have gotten caught and arrested, etc. and NOTHING ever came of it, because they legally owned their firearms where they resided and whatnot. NY shitty isn't stupid! By they do treat their own like shit! You're a dog in the gutter to the politicians and nothing more!

But if you're carrying in NY Shitty, don't carry your prized safe queen you're taking out for some air! Your throw away is better because if you do get jammed up, you likely aren't getting it back! Or anytime soon... So in NY Shitty it's Glock town! Lol

Get yourself trained as an armed security guard and or then create or work for a company and have those you serve retain your services, lol... Might be the easiest way around it all. Just sayin but don't quote me!
