When I was in Buffalo this month, I of course went to Ted's for my charbroiled food fix! I told the manager that they really need to come to Charlotte to serve the huge population of ex NYers living here.

Take some lump hardwood charcoal or additive-free briquets and light it in a coal chimney without using any nasty chemicals. Totally different experience.
