SIL had an elective surgery today. ECMC. They told him that as of Thursday no mo electives due to staffing shortages and a spike in Covid. Told him it was worse than the original for you are correct in saying that the stopgap experimental jabs were supposed to make getting it less severe didn't work as planned. Again!
