NYGF Welcomes our new site moderator - dsdmmat

We'd like to formally welcome @dsdmmat to the NYGF staff. Thus far it's only been the three of us Admin/Owners/Friends officially, but dsdmmat has been helping us already for quite a while by running (and 'secret' moderating) the sections to do with the monthly/yearly/etc target challenges. This marks the first time we've taken on any official site staff since it's beginning and we think we've got the right guy. This place has grown, and our lives have certainly taken twists and turns, and we want this place to have a level of quality and maintenance that we can't necessarily maintain alone. So, we thank @dsdmmat for all the assistance he's already given us and for what he brings to the table as official site staff.
