The emergency rule seems so ominous. What a stupid title for the rule, idea??

The NYPD Emergency Rules of road blocks, application obstructions and any other way we can hinder you and the second amendment.
Honestly, we will get to you application just as soon as we get back from vacation, and just after lunch, on the third Thursday of 2045. Your application will proceed with 48 hours of that date and time. We are assuming the licensing person will not have either retired, or past away by that date, if that does happen, you will have to start the process all over.
