A good friend of mine also submitted their application. We will see how it goes. If an emergency order is in effect, my friend should not expect a 6-12 month wait for a Special Business Carry License. Right?

I was gonna ask the same thing. I dont own a business. But I work in the city... in a dangerous area...

If there is no mechanism in place for this then it should be a lawsuit.

Are you a NYS resident (w. a valid county permit)? You apply for Special Carry.

I forgot to add. Some of you on this forum have, by law, met the training requirement. If you got firearms training in the military, your training requirement has been met.

Yea. Constitutional carry or fuck off. Not you personally but the people that write these laws.
