You have to remember, they don't live outside the castle walls like the peasants. Their security is all taken care of so they're happy to release as many as they ike. No effect to them.

I thought that the Legislature had extended the NICS waiting period to 30 days . The Emperor wanted 10 days but the Legislature went with 30 days last year. Don't know if the Emperor signed or vetoed it.
