Pretty sad they essentially have one job for this entire season and they can’t even accomplish that.

They do it because then the governor can get whatever they want. If the governor vetos the bill no one but the governor and possibly the Lt governor get paid. If the legislature rejects her budget proposal they are essentially saying we don’t get paid. It’s bribery pure and simple. If I ties how you voted to you getting your paycheck I’d be arrested but it’s fine for the governor to do it.
