I don't trust them.
They could be biding their time until next year when, supposedly, everyone will have to recertify again. I expect, at that point, they will declare that these infringements will be in full effect State-wide.

As with NYSRPA v Bruen, you are right these two sets of rules/laws are violation of the equal protection under the law of the 14th Amendment.
