NYS violates the constitution and provides tax money to abortion providers

So I’m truly wondering what legal recourse there is to sue the state for violating first amendment religious freedoms by using my tax money to support abortion since I didn’t not believe in it and it is against my religion. I see this as a pretty cut and dry case honestly. I’ll gladly stop paying taxes to NYS.

That position would not hold water. Otherwise, atheists could claim "no tax" status for the state givng tax exemption to churches.

That's not how the government works. You don't only get to pay taxes for the things you agree with. If it did my tax bill would be almost 0 since I agree with national defense and a few other items, but some 80%+ is a waste.

They meet the definition of a tax exempt not for profit though. I’m fine with private people donating to abortion groups and the government granting them tax exempt status if they meet the definition as well.

It’s not about what you agree with or not. It’s about them taking the money I provide to them and using it for something that is against my religious beliefs. There’s a big difference. I don’t agree with how they hand out money in many other instances, but I’m not arguing paying that.

I'm religiously against their authority as a whole, so that about settles it then, and includes all of it... including all taxes. If my religious beliefs counted (the govt isn't my authority) then I'd owe no taxes. Still doesn't work that way though I wish it did, ha.

We hear about percentages by Color, but not of economic Class, profession, social status, criminal activity, or Medical necessity.....
Anyone remember "Crack Babies" of the 80's?
Abortion and the support therein is about reducing populations, we just disguised it better than the Nazi's did.

From what I understand that’s a no. The number of abortions is truly not even known because many states do not even report them to the CDC.
