But had he had 3 or 4 beers and been driving the speed limit without swerving, he would have gotten the same DUI or DWI charge.

Dude that was sarcasmI get the whole libertarian view point, unfortunately thier is overwhelming scientific evidence that supports public safety on this one.

It's also incredibly easy to completely misrepresent the libertarian view, hell, let's not spit hairs here, just flat out lie about the libertarian stance on things, just ask pjzwtl.I get the whole libertarian view point, unfortunately thier is overwhelming scientific evidence that supports public safety on this one.
See, the way I see it, you can boil down the liberal control of the momentum down to one thing. They understand the cooking the frog slowly concept. It has worked every single time. Fed reserve, income tax, prohibition, gold ban, nfa, gca, un-patriot, un-safe, etc. Now they are accepted as normal. The only way to reverse this trend is to retake control of the media, entertainment, and education for the right. The real Right, not the neocon "right".It's also incredibly easy to completely misrepresent the libertarian view, hell, let's not spit hairs here, just flat out lie about the libertarian stance on things, just ask pjzwtl.
Just like shooting a gun into a crowd of people, but not hitting anyone is NOT a victimless crime, nor has it ever been argued that way. Same with attempted murder.
But hey, facts, amirite?
Statists gotta state.
