Last night an Australian man walked into two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand and opened fire murdering 49 people. Another 48 were wounded, many of them gravely. In addition to firearms, police discovered and disarmed explosive devices in a car nearby.
The shooter, a self-described eco-fascist, also published a 74-page anti-immigrant manifesto explaining his motivation (you can read the entire rant here). Buried in the document was a justification for his use of firearms for the mass murder.

His stated goal was to prompt a greater push for gun control and the abolition of the Second Amendment in the US, sparking a schism that would irrevocably divide the country.

I could have chosen any weapons or means. A TATP filled rental van. Household flour, a method of dispersion and an ignition source.A ballpeen hammer and a wooden shield. Gas, fire, vehicular attacks, plane attacks, any means were available. I had the will and I had the resources.

I chose firearms for the affect (sic) it would have on social discourse, the extra media coverage they would provide and the affect it could have on the politics of United states (sic) and thereby the political situation of the world. The US is torn into many factions by its second amendment, along state, social, cultural and, most importantly, racial lines.

With enough pressure the left wing within the United states will seek to abolish the second amendment, and the right wing within the US will see this as an attack on their very freedom and liberty.

This attempted abolishment of rights by the left will result in a dramatic polarization of the people in the United States and eventually a fracturing of the US along cultural and racial lines.

I have a hard time deciding if it's 1) .GOV false flags, 2) massive societal/cultural psychosis or 3) .GOV manipulating obvious socio-/psychopaths.

I'll go with #3 since most politicians are mostly socio-/psychopaths - they know the territory and there's no learning curve.

You might want to research who showed up at the Bundy ranch when .Gov pulls some illegal shit on it's people. There are some out there that are itching for such things to happen. Just saying..

I watched the entire event unfold. I watched very closely. Sure, there are some that will step up, but the majority; no, the majority of Americans will cave the first week.

This is why elections are so very important. We must never get to the point where they come and take all guns. We need to elect those who respect the Constitution and the rules of law.

If we get to the point, the point of no return, the day that they make the majority of guns illegal, the day that confiscation comes, it will be much to late. Americans will cave.

This is not about Republicans and Demoncrats, this is about those that have no respect for our beginnings, no respect for our culture, no respect for our laws and our ways of life.

Anyone that thinks Americans in great masses will stand up to the government are either fooling themselves or they just have no clue of real life.

The majority of Americans opposed the Revolutionary War, at least a third were openly loyal to the crown. Adams generous estimation, only a third openly supported American independence, while a third waited to see which way the wind would blow.

Well I certainly hope we never get to the point and agree we have to elect the proper people in office. Yes most people will cave but if gun collection happens on a mass scale then guess what? I feel the gloves will come off and yes once again we will have 3%'rs rise up and they will cause enough stink on oath breakers to change the tone.

Due to technology, 3 percent isn't enough. You'll need 50 percent or more. Tens of millions taking police and government agents into custody. You can't do that with 3 percent so it'll never happen.

In the Bundy Ranch incident, if the government wanted, they could have wiped the floor with those people.

Now back to that Bundy Ranch. It was an unorganized mob with no clear plan except occupying one side of a line. If the government wanted to, they could have sent in drones and gun trucks and exterminated them if they wanted to.

If people with plans like that ever wanted to take over the government, they'd make it easy for the government to make short work of them gathering all in one place.

People can't even agree to vote for a better candidate. People from our side don't even go to the polls. They sure as hell aren't going to do the required planning needed to do it right.

Things like assaulting police stations at the same time and disabling their vehicles so that they cannot respond to government buildings that house politicians. Things like working together and creating bottle necks for responding police and disabling their cars. Things like disrupting police communications and taking out their repeaters and cell phone towers. Things like stopping National Guard soldiers from responding to their armories when they get the call and taking over their armories.

Mobs can't do shit and that's the only thing Americans know how to do if they even do that.

You are thinking small. Think bigger. What happens after a few snipers make some good hits? Will the government be disposed of? No. It would get stronger.

Wrong house.

If it ever comes to that, you fight them in their house when they least expect it, not when they come to yours.

In short, when they go home at night after a busy day of oppressing your neighbors, you make sure they aren't able to show up for the second day when you might be on the list.
