He is attempting to use a Executive Action One last time, but using it as arbitrarily and maliciously as most of the others. He wants to do something he really isn't allowed to do by law, so the Dems Have been burning the midnight oil trying to figure out how to levy financial sanctions and more for something they really have no proof on. In addition, they're trying to develope a way it cannot be undone by the next administration knowing they won't have power (majority) in either house. The laws which were enacted allowing Sanctions do not include that action for any "Political" event. They are trying to now create a new category of Gov't to include any Electioneering, etc. This is a dangerous and steep slippery slope! But the Harvard Constitutional Scholar will once again use and abuse his privilege to enact revenge... But it has nothing to do with the election.
It has to do with Syria and the embarrassment it has played in to his so called Legacy and Russia's Peace deal brokered this week and how it exposed and made the U.S. And it's foreign policy look childish. Barack Hussein Obama's ridiculous policy of bomb by drone from afar while providing minimal to non-existent support to the movement that the Sect'y of State and POS POTUS were responsible for but then pretty much abandoned Arab Spring! But sure, the CIA will give one last cheery to Obama as a parting gift. Gimme a break.

Who hacked the DNC Emails, and posted them is irrelevant. The USA is not responsible to secure the DNC's or ANY other private servers from hacking. It is strictly the responsibility of the private entity. If they didn't have anything to hide, they wouldn't have been caught with their fingers up their asses.
