This should be very easy to solve. There are very few pistol permits issued in NYC. All the cop has to do is go look through the permit pictures and find the perp. Then they can just go arrest him. They already know where he lives and works. Easy Peasy.

That kid’s career is over. He’s 16, and he’s already jumped in, been busted more than once for guns, been shot AND shot a cop. What more could he possibly add to the genre of cRap “music”? Maybe some misogynistic drivel about his lady friends and something about purple sizzurp?

I disagree as there are plenty of Constitution loving citizens who aren't gangbangers that carry, outside their permission granted or bestowed upon them by the ruling elite! This makes them no more criminal than those actual gangbangers who use those firearms in criminal acts upon others and get handslap consequence!

I'll take a handslap, rather than reach at my waste and come up empty-handed!!!
