Ok ok ok so it wasn't the main body cam officer who shot the officer, it was the 3rd officer through the door.

my question is she was heading to the door .. dog barks and is some how on the loose .. its been barking for how long .. .. hey .. pow .. how the fk did the dog get between them .. really

So what happened was the dog is in a cage, there is a 3rd officer (female is O1, body cam is O2, shooter is O3) as O2 finished clearing the room he holsters his gun, O1 starts to holster hers as well as she heads to the door.
At that point the dog breaks down the front of the cage right in front of O3, this is when O1 is shown trying to get out and close door. At this time O3 still has his gun in hand, kicks the front cage back onto the dog, he turns and tries to grab the door with his empty left hand, at that point he also has a ND, the round goes through the door into O1
