I didn’t vote for yet another Polished politician in 2016 and I won’t be voting for one this year either
It's too bad. Trump would have been a clear winner if he had just followed decorum and replied to Biden. Biden is approaching the empty suit phase, which is an opportunity for Trump to excel; nut he blew it with his childish behavior. Fortunately most of his supporters rate him on what he has done for the country and tolerate his outbursts. He has my vote.

The thing I'm most annoyed about is,
CW knowingly continued to push the lie that trump supports white supremacists and calls then good people. THAT'S NOT WHAT THAT QUOTE WAS ABOUT. It was clearly taken out of context. And it's been repeatedly been misrepresented to the point where people believe it's factual.
Trump didn't use this as an opportunity to explain to the "undecideds" that it's a giant lie.
CW nor trump didn't really push biden on antifa. Biden got off so easy

Yeah, because Trump couldn't shut his mouth for two minutes.
Wallace needs a big red mic-mute button. Trump was out of control. Wallace had to interrupt him because he was trying to talk over both of them.
Wallace at one point agreed with Biden he had no idea what question trump had asked, but otherwise he had to interrupt trump. He had to remind trump that his campaign had agreed to give each person two minutes.

And had prepared. And actually didn't suck at debating.
When asked about white supremacy he should have challenged the question. Said of course he disagrees with it, then went on with an intelligent argument pointing out that all the recent violence is from antifa and democrat-condoned sources. Apparently trump didn't prep much for the debate, and some of his retorts felt more like he was reading a brietbart heading than trying to relay real information.
I'm inclined to find a trump clinton debate thread from 2016. I recall it was basically the same thing. He doesn't prepare and he talks over people.

I agree. There were so many opportunities for Trump to knock it out of the park. He was to busy trying to get Biden riled up he struck out. ..... there was no real mention of antifa/left riots, BLM, Joe hiding in his basement, Biden school segregation voting, .... Trump needs to focus on these next two debates.
Microphone needs to switched off while opponent is presenting his initial 2 minute argument.

Biden's wire looks like a shadow to me. I can't explain where it's from but it looks like one. In a video of trump in frame there is also a similar shadow, just a touch wider on his shirt touching the microphone. I think this can be explained by lighting.

Trump should have done better, but CW let Biden get away with lies while calling Trump out repeatedly for what he considered inconsistencies. Biden didnt do well, but he did better than I expected, they must have juiced him up before hand. CW showed his bias.

Not sure there will be a next debate. I wouldn't be surprised if Biden's team puts out a statement similar to the following (not that I agree with it):
"Last night all of America witnessed how President Trump spoke over and insulted the former VP incessantly. Due to the environment that President Trump brings to the table we find any further debates a total waste of the taxpayers time and money. Therefore, we will not be taking part in any further debates involving Donald Trump. We instead will work hard fighting for the American people with our ideas and policies and work towards bringing unity and prosperity to the country."
Basically he will try and play off of this to bow out and count his blessings he didn't totally fall apart last night.

In spite of the advice to remain independent from his father, Chris Wallace registered as a Democrat in the 60s and became politically active with the Clintons in the early 90s ( at the beckoning of his leftie FIL and role model ) Chris Wallace does not hide the fact he is a registered Democrat, attends DNC functions in Washington, and has only contributed money towards Democrats. Fox News has long touted Chris Wallace as one of their Democrat news anchors in their "fair and balanced" image.

Yup, the others are even more activist commentators. Chris Wallace was never a balanced newsman like his dad, but until 2016 was even handed being a little tough on all candidates, some more than others. He was as bad as Megan Kelly with Trump in 2016 and prepped her for her "girl card" tantrum.
Kelly at 2016 Debate: "You've called women you don't like 'fat pigs,' 'dogs,' 'slobs,' and 'disgusting animals.' Does that sound to you like the temperament of a man we should elect as president?"
