Biden does have substantial cognitive decline, but despite that it would not surprise me if he makes few mistakes tonight. What I'm saying is don't go in expecting he'll spend every minute fumbling as if mid-stroke.

I think Trump should do his best (He is incapable, but we can hope) of staying above board, very professional and presidential. It's possible to be come across as dominating while also being classy and in control. Don't let Biden get under his skin.

The bar has already been set so low, anything other than a total disaster will make Joe appear to be the winner.

Also I would not be surprised AT ALL if Biden does decent tonight, he will skip the remaining debates and cite COVID safety. This way he limits his public exposure, but also cannot be accused of refusing to debate.

Or conversely, Biden flubs the debate so badly tonight and it virtually forces debate 2.0

Very easily can go this direction too. Trump must needle him to fluster his ability to think rationally.

And this is the type of thread that will not get de railed... So here it is...

2 weeks ago some local guys painted 5 semi-truck trailers with TRUMP 2020.
They parked those trailers near various villages and hamlets in western Genesee County.
One of them was 4 or 5 miles from my house.

If it has steel folding chairs on stage, and we get some glimpses of "The Ultimate Warrior" and Vince McMahon lurking in the audience, then I know exactly how this one is going to go.
