I noticed the instructor was wearing a shemagh. When I woke up, I realized I had 2nd degree burns on my neck from ejected cases. I think I’m going to wear a shemagh from now on.

So, I'll say this. I've taken one of Ben's classes and it totally smoked me. Sore as hell for a couple of days.
Two things happened:
1. I started working on fitness a lot harder.
2. I realized that there's a lot of other peeps out there who have similar minds and dont care about online politics.
My advice: start taking classes. tell your wife, girlfriend or your inner bitch to Shut. The. Fuck. Up.
