?See, in Ohio you do not need a background check to sell a firearm to another individual, when the seller is NOT a FFL. You only need a reasonable belief that the buyer is not a prohibited person. In most transactions, this reasonable belief is covered by showing the other party your OH Concealed Weapons Permit, but that's just a common practice and not a requirement by any means. FFL to non-FFL sales do require a background check.
