They're going to argue that he did not have to participate in the anti Constitution rally but could have gone to the gym with the other kids that did not want to / were not permitted by their parents to attend the rally.
The students did not have the option to remain in class .
I believe that any student with a NRA tshirt or pro 2A sign would be expelled as well.
I doubt that the school will offer a Pro Constitutional walk out with those who oppose to go to the gym ( study hall) .

Most believe what they want to think is true (eg afterlife, heaven, god). Few look to valid evidence. It is in our nature to believe the unbelievable. Just look at those that think sandy hook was a staged hoax.

I am one that does not think that Sandy Hook was what they tell us.
They still have "sealed evidence" that has not been released . There was a Freedom Of Information Act hearing on March 1st of this year to determine if they'll release some items from the Lanza home like his diary.

Sandy Hoax...I remember the good ol days.
And those that do would like to have that evidence available to look at to either confirm or deny any possible conspiracies that might be going on.
Why suppress evidence?
Not at all fake. He was indeed suspended because he was standing up for what he believed. He did not want to be part of the anti crowd, nor did he want to be part of the pro crowd. He wanted to stay in his classroom, exactly where he should have been!

Some kids where told they could not protest the walk out ... so much for freedom of speech, only when its supports the prescribed agenda.

Teacher is being paid to be in the class room with the student not parading around out side in a protest. Walk outs are allowed with permission and if they do not disrupt anything this students education was disrupted.
