It has been demonstrated time and time again that Americans would be more than pleased to PAY FOR THE WALL by donations.

There would need to be a schedule of some sort, and strict accounting.

NO WALL = REFUND

I'd be totally cool with, let's say 10% going to Administrative costs.

There must be some mechanism to get this started !
