Now don’t get me wrong. Ray is as blue as blue gets. 1 Police Plaza isn’t going to start issuing CCW licenses under his watch.

But Ray isn’t a radical, and he understands that business is the lifeblood of Manhattan.

As much as I want to move away from this hellhole I am stuck here for another while, and I need to take what I can.
